The three warehouses at this location are 50,000 sq. ft.,110,000 sq. ft. and 170,000 sq. ft. The 110,000 sq. ft. is subdivided into two 55,000 sq. ft. spaces. The 170,000 sq. ft. is subdivided into two 85,000 sq. ft. spaces.

The warehouse provides a 3-phase power supply, wet sprinkler system throughout, 12 (10′ X 10′) dock high doors, 2 (10′ X 16′) drive-in doors, 1 (16′ X 20′) drive-in door, 25′ X 50′ column spacing, 20′ eave heights and 28′ clearance at center. Large yard provides plenty of room for trucks and parking. Located in close proximity to I-26, I-526, I-95, All Charleston Port Terminals, Charleston International Airport and Boeing.
From I-26 take the Summerville exit (Exit 199-A), Hwy 17-A. Follow South and turn right onto Hwy 78. Eastport Industrial Park will be approximately 2.8 miles on your right. The facility will be located down on your right, look for the Lee & Associates sign.
